Travelling during hot weather
- Always take a bottle of water with you - avoid dehydration
- If you feel unwell, don't get on the train - seek help from a member of staff at the station or use the station Help Point
- If you feel unwell while on the train - get off at the next stop and use the station Help Point

Due to signalling issue in the Hever area services between Uckfield and Hurst Green are suspended at present.
The following ticket acceptance is in place:
Brighton and Hove bus route 29 between Uckfield and Tunbridge Wells
Southeastern trains between Hastings and London via Tunbridge Wells
Rail replacement buses are being arranged to run
Uckfield – Buxted – Crowbrough- Eridge – Tunbridge Wells
Edenbridge Town and Oxted
And these services are expected to start from 06.30
