Mainline - Due to a major signal fault, Gatwick Express, Southern and Thameslink train services have been severely disrupted on the route between Brighton and London.
While signalling has now been restored we had been unable to run on one of the two lines between Brighton and #Wivelsfield.
Services remain subject to possible delay, alteration or cancellation.
We are very sorry for the severe disruption to train services this morning, as an alternative passengers in the Havant or Hastings areas may use alternative routes to London operated by South West Trains and southeastern additionally Thameslink and Southern are accepting eachothers ticket holders on train services between London and Brighton.
London Bridge - We have recently made changes to the morning and evening peak timetable and this is helping to improve the reliability of our train services. We have made further changes which came in to place last Monday, details of the changes can be found here.
