To keep the communities we serve up-to-date with our progress, we publish a Corporate Responsibility report every year. Our reports cover a variety of topics such as our passengers, environmental performance, community engagement, our safety record and our employees.
Highlights from the 2011 report include:
- 64% of all waste recycled
- An 11.5% reduction in reported crime
- Investors in People (IiP) accreditation achieved
- 7% improvement in employee engagement
- Almost 5,000 online passenger panel members
- Over 900 new cycle parking spaces have been added to stations
