We advise you to:

  • Allow extra time for your journey this weekend through central London particularly on Sunday 3 June.
  • Buy travel tickets in advance to save time and avoid queues
  • Check live running information for live travel news for real-time updates
  • Leave in good time to make your connection home.  The last trains home are expected to be very busy.

Sunday 3 June - River Pageant

Some locations along the Thames will be very busy, with a number of dedicated viewing areas. Anyone who is not a spectator should avoid these areas. If you are coming to watch the events you should arrive no later than 14:00 and plan which side to watch from before you travel.

Bridge closures

All London bridges will be closed by 15:00 on Sunday 3 June. We advise you to choose your viewing area along the river before you travel. Many central London bridges between Battersea Bridge and Tower Bridge inclusive will be closed for large parts of the day.

Monday 4 June - BBC Concert, Buckingham Palace

All tickets for this event have been allocated. Please visit BBC Concert Information for details. The concert will be televised on large screens in Hyde Park and St James's Park. If you're attending the concert, please check before you travel.
