A busy and buzzy area, Croydon has something for everyone from great shopping centres, restaurants, pubs and clubs to heritage and attractive parks and open spaces.
Croydon is one of the largest retail spaces outside of Central London, many of the well-known retailers are situated in the shopping malls, the Whitgift Centre and Centrale. The area between the two main centres is completely pedestrianised. There is also a thriving street market every day except Sundays in Surrey Street selling a wide selection of vegetables, fresh fruit, flowers and general goods.
It is well served by Southern; London Victoria is just a 20 minute train journey whilst Brighton can be reached in under an hour!
