The good news is that you can book a train ticket for travel up to 12 weeks in advance. Advance fares are available on selected routes across the Southern network and exclude public holidays.
For example, why not travel from London Victoria to Gatwick for as little as £4.50 each way with a Southern Advance train ticket, or Milton Keynes to Southampton from just £6.75. As an added benefit Railcard discounts are also available giving an even greater saving.
Why not travel from Brighton to London Victoria with a Super Off-Peak Day Return ticket for £14.25 or Portsmouth Harbour to East Croydon with an Off-Peak Day Return ticket for £23.70.
You can buy your Standard or First Class Advance single ticket at your local Southern ticket office but the 10% discount is only available online (on selected journeys). And remember, unlike some of our competitors we don't add booking fees or credit card charges.
When booking your ticket online, to ensure you choose a journey on Southern services, once you've hit search please click 'Select your route' (located to the left of the search results) and choose the 'Southern' checkbox. It's that simple!
