Select “View Scheduled Departures” from the confirmation screen.
Select ‘Buy’ on the first screen to be presented with the 8 most popular destinations and ticket types from your starting station.
Select ‘Other fares’ for the most popular destinations from your station. If your station is not shown, selecting ‘Station Finder A-Z’ will bring up an on-screen keyboard from where you can type your destination.
Select ‘Back’ at the bottom of the screen to go return to the previous page or select ‘Start Again’ to go back to the beginning.
You will be presented with a selection of tickets that are available at that time. Select the required ticket to take you to the next screen.
The option to purchase a ticket to travel from a different origin station is available. A button will allow you to navigate to the alternative station option. This will then offer a menu of alternative stations to travel from, with the option of going to an origin finder screen. This will allow a ticket from anywhere to anywhere to be purchased.
Select ‘More Tickets’, then select a second ticket for a different journey. A summary screen will appear. Once you have selected your ticket, touch the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The basket is displayed with all your chosen tickets. Further tickets can be purchased by touching the ‘Buy Additional Tickets’ button. Please ensure you collect all your tickets.
Select the people icon when it appears to add further travellers to your booking.
Press the ‘Railcard’ graphic and select your railcard type. This can be done before or after choosing your ticket.
You will be allowed three attempts to enter your card PIN before your card will be blocked. If that happens please contact your bank.
Choose the car park option from the first screen and select your desired option. Enter your registration number when prompted and confirm. There is no need to return to your vehicle.
Select ‘Add receipt’ before finalising your purchase.
Purchase a permit to travel where available. This can be exchanged for a full ticket on-board a train from the conductor or at the nearest staffed station.
Choose ‘collect’ at the opening screen. You will be asked to enter the debit/ credit card that was used online. Enter the customer ticket reference number if asked to do so. This can be found on the booking confirmation.
You will not be able to collect your tickets if you do not have the card. You will need to purchase new tickets and contact the company that you made the purchase from. This also applies if your card is lost, stolen, broken or out of date.
You must allow at least 2 hours from the time you have booked your tickets to the time you collect. If the tickets are still not available by then please contact the company you made the purchase from.
You will need to purchase a ticket from the conductor on the train to take you to your next interchange station or destination. Bring your reference number and credit/debit card to the ticket office to collect your tickets and to claim a refund.
Tickets that have been purchased online can also be collected from the ticket machines. Select the ‘Collect’ touch screen graphic and insert your credit/debit card then follow the on-screen instructions.
