At many stations and on many trains you will find staff to help you, however, there are some trains without staff to assist you and some stations are not manned all the time. Therefore, if you let us know you're coming we can make sure we are ready with someone there to assist you. To advise us of your travel plans, or to ask for information about Southern accessibility, please get in touch:
