At many stations and on many trains you will find staff to help you, however, there are some trains without staff to assist you and some stations are not manned all the time. Therefore, if you let us know you're coming we can make sure we are ready with someone there to assist you. - Where you are travelling to and from
- The type of assistance required
- The dates and times of travel
- The details of your return journey (if applicable)
- The numbers in your party, or if you are travelling alone
