Accessibility - station facilities

At our larger stations, you will find more facilities and staff to help you. Some smaller stations are unstaffed, but many have help points. At all stations you will find shelter and somewhere to sit. Please visit out station information pages using the menu on the lower left hand side.

Southern's commitment

We recognise that the accessibility at some of our stations will mean it is difficult for you to use our services. We ask for your patience whilst we work on removing barriers to your access. Many buildings were constructed in the 19th Century when the needs of disabled people were not taken into consideration. To rectify this situation is a huge task, but we will be using all reasonable means to bring our infrastructure up to today’s standards and commit to investing time and budget to do this each year.
