Easyread

This section is to help passengers who need information about our services in an easy to read format. Easy read is an accessible format designed primarily for people with a learning disability or to effectively communicate with people who have a basic knowledge of the English language, however it will be useful to other passengers too. This format is easy to understand because it uses:

  • Shorter sentences
  • Simple jargon-free language
  • Supporting images

On the left of the screen there are some options you can select within this Easyread section. Select the words on the left to get to the information.
