Check out the wheelchair rules

There are rules about travelling with something big and heavy like a wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Call 0800 138 1016 before you travel to make sure your wheelchair or scooter is allowed on the train

Get help when you are travelling

Ask staff at the station or on the train.

Some stations have special Help Points, too

Get there early

Get to the station 20 minutes before your train goes.

If something is wrong

If you feel threatened or ill, tell staff. Or press the emergency button at the station Help Point or on board your train.
