Improvement works

No Southern services are running to and from London Bridge, but Southeastern and First Capital Connect continue to call at London Bridge.

There are no trains between London Bridge and East Croydon or between London Bridge and Tulse Hill, with some trains cancelled & some trains diverted to start or terminate at London Victoria. Replacement buses run on some lines, but where there are no Southern trains or replacement buses, other train operators can be used.

Stations between London Bridge and Tulse Hill

Buses are replacing trains between London Bridge and West Norwood calling at stations st South Bermondsey, Queens Road Peckham, Peckham Rye, East Dulwich, North Dulwich & Tulse Hill.

Stations between London Bridge and Norwood Junction / Crystal Palace

Passengers travelling to these stations should use Southeastern services between London Bridge and New Cross. Buses will then run between New Cross and New Cross Gate. London Overground services can then be used between New Cross Gate and Norwood Junction / Crystal Palace.

Caterham & Tattenham Corner

Trains will run between London Victoria and Caterham / Tattenham Corner.

The shuttle train between Tattenham Corner and Purley is cancelled.

Beckenham Junction

These trains are cancelled. Buses will run between London Bridge and West Norwood and between West Norwood and Beckenham Junction

Uckfield

Trains will run between Oxted and Uckfield.

Reigate

These trains are cancelled.

First Capital Connect should be useed between London Bridge and East Croydon. Other Southern services can then be used between East Croydon and Reigate. 

Tonbridge

Trains will run between Tonbridge and Redhill only. Other services should be used to travel between London and Redhill.

Horsham

Trains will run between Horsham and East Croydon. Trains will still run between Horsham and London Victoria.

West Croydon via Selhurst

Trains will run between Tulse Hill and West Croydon. Buses should be used between London Bridge and West Norwood.

A revised Southern service will operate on most routes on Sunday 2 June 2013. This is due to late-notice engineering works which will close some of the rail lines between London Victoria and Clapham Junction.

Brighton Mainline

Two trains per hour will run between London Victoria and Brighton. One train per hour (stopping service) will run between Gatwick Airport and Brighton.

West London

No service on this route. Tickets will be accepted on London Underground, London Overground and London Midland services.

Metro

Two trains per hour will run between Clapham Junction and Dorking (via Hackbridge). Two trains per hour will run between London Victoria and Caterham. Two trains per hour will run between Balham and Sutton (via Norbury). Two trains per hour will run between Clapham Junction and Sutton (via Crystal Palace). Oxted

One train per hour will run between London Bridge and Oxted. Buses replace trains between Oxted and East Grinstead. The Uckfield to Oxted service will run to a normal Sunday timetable.

Redhill

One train per hour will run between Redhill and Tonbridge. The London Bridge to Horsham service will run to a normal Sunday timetable.

Mainline West

One train per hour will run between London Victoria and Portsmouth Harbour / Littlehampton via Worthing. One train per hour will run between London Bridge and Bognor Regis.

Mainline East

One train per hour will run between London Victoria and Ore (via Eastbourne and Hastings)

Coastway West

Trains to / from Southampton Central will be diverted to run to terminate / start from Portsmouth & Southsea. Replacement buses will run between Havant and Southampton Central calling at Cosham, Fareham and Swanwick

Customers for intermediate stations between Norwood Junction and London Bridge via Sydenham should travel on London Overground services.

Customers for London Bridge should either travel to South Bermondsey for a local bus service or travel to London Victoria and use the London Underground or local bus services.

On Saturday and Sunday, buses will run every 5 minutes between New Cross and New Cross Gate.

• Trains between London Bridge and Horsham will start / terminate at East Croydon
• Trains between London Victoria and London Bridge are diverted to start / terminate at Tattenham Corner. These services will call additionally at Norwood Junction, East Croydon, South Croydon, Purley Oaks, Purley, Reedham, Coulsdon Town, Woodmansterne, Chipstead, Kingswood, Tadworth and Tattenham Corner
• Trains between London Bridge and West Croydon will start / terminate at South Bermondsey 

Sunday

Buses will run between London Bridge and West Norwood, calling at South Bermondsey, Queens Road Peckham, Peckham Rye, East Dulwich, North Dulwich, Tulse Hill and West Norwood. 

The following services will not run:

• Trains between Purley and London Bridge
• Trains between London Bridge and Tattenham Corner
• Trains between London Bridge and Crystal Palace
• Trains between London Bridge and West Croydon 

Amended / diverted services:

• Trains between London Bridge and Tonbridge will start / terminate at Redhill

• Trains between London Victoria and Sutton will be amended and retimed

On Saturday night, the 22:42 Bedford to Brighton service will be diverted after Haywards Heath and will be unable to call at Burgess Hill or Hassocks.
