We realise that the recent landslip at Oxted caused extensive disruption to your journeys, although we did our utmost to provide the best service we could in difficult circumstances.
In recognition of the extended journey times and inconvenience caused , we will be contacting Season Ticket holders (monthly and longer) with a gesture of our thanks for your patience.
What to do if you have not been contacted
If you purchased your ticket from another Train Operator or ticket retailer, Southern will not have access to your details and in a small number of cases, our records were incomplete.
Therefore please download and complete the following form, providing us with a copy of your ticket (or in the case of a weekly ticket, simply attach it).
