Epsom station works update

Important information for customers at Epsom station

As part of Southern’s ongoing commitment and investment programme, Epsom ticket office is to undergo a major refurbishment to enhance facilities at the station.

What will this mean for our customers?

We will be installing a temporary sales point at the front of the station and have extra staff available, Monday to Friday, 07.00-10.00, with portable ticket machines selling tickets and also assisting customers using the on-station ticket machines.

We also recommend that customers can:

• Purchase tickets at neighbouring stations in the area
• Use the Quick Ticket machines from 16.00 the day before
• Book on-line at southernrailway.com and benefit from a number of great Southern offers on season tickets and advance purchase tickets
