TrainTracker™ hints and tips

The service should work in most conditions. However, a number of things may help if you experience difficulties:

• Use your touch tone keypad
• Use the full station and county name when speaking
• Use the first few letters of the station name when using touchtone
• Call from a quiet place.
• Remember, it is only useful for direct trains.

Why does TrainTracker™ say there are no trains?

The service says there are no trains when there are no direct trains between the two stations specified. It may still be possible to travel between these two stations or towns.

Try to ask for each leg of your journey, saying the name of all the stations you will get on and off the train at.

Try to ask about other stations (e.g. London St Pancras rather than London King's Cross).
