What is ‘Next level Rewards’?
‘Next Level Rewards’ is a Rewards programme for Southern Railway customers giving them the opportunity to claim rewards by earning points on Anytime, Flexi Season and Season tickets bought directly on the Southern Railway website via an eTicket or a Key Smartcard. Customers can also enter prize draws by signing up to the Rewards Programme, and check the ‘opt-in for prize draw’ tick box on the registration form and log at least 1 valid ticket to collect points.
How long is the ‘Next Level Rewards’ promotion running for?
The promotion is running between 16.00 9th January 2023 – 23.59 31st March 2023. The last day for logging valid tickets with a reward ID, collecting points and claiming rewards will be 23.59 30th April 2023.
Who can sign up for ‘Next Level Rewards’?
All Southern Railway customers who are 16+ and reside in England.
How do I register for ‘Next Level Rewards’?
You can visit www.nextlevelrewards.co.uk and create an account by filling out your name, email address and making a password.
How will ‘Next Level Rewards’ contact me?
We will only contact you for the purposes of fulfilling rewards and to manage the rewards programme through functional emails.
Points
How do I collect points?
Once you have created a rewards account, you can collect points by visiting www.nextlevelrewards.co.uk and entering a valid reward ID number shown on your ticket booking confirmation. Reward IDs will be valid for points collection from the following day after purchase.
How are points calculated?
For every £1 spent on eligible train tickets, 3 points are issued. Ticket prices will be rounded up or down to the nearest pound before being converted into points.
Tickets
What tickets are eligible for ‘Next Level Rewards’?
Only tickets that are purchased directly from Southern Railway via Southernrailway.com are eligible. The following types of tickets qualify for this promotion;
Anytime Single & Return tickets, Season Tickets, and Flexi Season tickets. Any journey that doesn’t have the option to fulfil via an eTicket or Key Smartcard has the opportunity to earn rewards via other fulfilment methods.
The start date or travel date for the ticket has to be between 16.00 9th January 2023 and 23:59 31st March 2023 to be eligible. Tickets with a start date or travel date outside this window will not receive reward points or a reward ID.
Where can I find my reward ID number?
When you purchase your ticket from Southern Railway, you will either see a Payment Confirmation Page or receive a purchase confirmation via email. Both will show you your unique reward ID number. You will receive a purchase confirmation via email. On the email, you will find your unique reward ID number. This is the ID you are required to enter in order to collect the associated points.

What prize draws are available?
There are 2 prize draws during the promotional period:
Prize Draw 1 – 3 x London Hotel Stays
Qualifying Period: 16.00 9th January 2023 – 23.59 6th February 2023
Draw date: 8th February 2023
All registrations during both promotional periods with at least 1 qualifying ticket logged included in draw.
Prize Draw 2 – 200 x Pairs of Cinema Tickets
Qualifying Period 00:01 7th February 2023 – 23.59 5th March 2023
Draw date 7th March 2023
All registrations during both promotional periods with at least 1 qualifying ticket logged included in draw.
How do I enter the prize draws?
To enter, you must register for ‘Next Level Rewards’, check the ‘opt-in for prize draw’ tick box on the registration form and log at least 1 valid ticket to collect points.
How will the winners be announced?
Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw date.
How many times can I enter?
Each eligible customer will only be entered once into each prize draw providing they have registered before the closing date of the promotional period.
Rewards
What rewards can I get?
A range of rewards are available depending on level achieved and points accumulated. These include discounts from headphones, audio & e-books, days out at UK attractions, dining out, coffees, mindfulness, health & wellbeing services, cinema tickets, sports lessons and online training.
How long do I have to claim my rewards?
All eligible tickets must be logged and all rewards must be claimed from the promotional website 30th April 2023.
How will I receive a reward?
You will receive your reward via email to the address you have registered on the Rewards account. Please check you have the correct email address listed before making any reward claims.
What do I do if I have not received my reward?
You should receive your reward via email, if you have not received this within 1 hour, please check your junk mail. If you still have not received your reward, please get in touch and we will arrange for this to be resent to you.
How are the different rewards’ points calculated?
We work hard behind the scenes to generate the best value we can for the rewards we offer. The points required to redeem different rewards is not directly correlated to the RRP. That is because we are able to negotiate better value for some rewards than others with our partners.
Closing Accounts
How do I close my rewards account?
If you wish to close your Rewards Account, please contact us via hello@nextlevelrewards.co.uk.
What happens to my rewards if my account is closed?
Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to the website or any points or rewards accumulated on it.
Data Processing
How will ‘Next Level Rewards’ use my data?
We will only use your data in order to operate the rewards programme, in regards to; enabling customer registration, points accumulation, and the processing and fulfilment of the Rewards and Prize draws to customers, sending functional emails in support of the Rewards platform. Functional emails will include; Email verification, confirmation of registration, Lost or change password. Reward and Offer confirmation emails and responding to questions, requests and provide customer service.
