Revenue protection inspectors are regularly patrolling our network checking tickets. You must buy a valid ticket for your journey before getting on the train - it's the law. If not, you risk prosecution and fines of up to £1000.
Ticket buying & collection
Car park is free of charge, however, passengers must obtain a parking ticket when purchasing a travel ticket. This can be issued from the ticket machine in the car park or from the ticket office.

Wheelchair users, mobility scooter users and customers with reduced mobility may find the steep ramps leading from Abernant Road to both platforms difficult to negotiate.

There are two accessible ticket machines, that take debit and credit cards only.
One is next to the ticket office at the top of the ramp.
Another is near the car park. When purchasing your travel ticket, please obtain a parking ticket from this machine or from the ticket office.
