The toilets are located on all the platforms. Toilets on Platforms 1/2 are open 06:00 - 21:00, and toilets on Platforms 3/4 are open 06:00 - 17:00. The National key toilets are located on Platforms 1/2; these toilets are operated by a radar key. A radar key is available from station staff upon request.

Step-free category B1 station. Step-free access to all platforms - may include long or steep ramps. Access between platforms may be via the street. Lifts to all platforms from Ticket Office entrance. No lift access to or from entrance and exit on the other side.

Assistance from station staff is available to customers boarding and alighting trains, and moving through this station, until 22:00 daily. Please make yourself known to staff in the Ticket Office or on the platforms. After 22:00 please wait by the Assisted Boarding Point on the platform/s boarding and alighting assistance can be provided by the Guard on board the train, who will step out onto the platform when the train arrives. You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey when travelling on South Western Railway. Planning in advance isn't always possible so do not worry if you haven't booked - our staff will do their best to assist you onto your preferred train.
