How do automatic delay repay notifications work?

We compare where you tapped in and out, with how long your journey normally would take you. If it looks like you have been delayed for 15 minutes or more, we’ll create a claim for you. You will get an email notification of this, if you’ve opted in to receive emails, or log on to your account and simply hit ‘Claim’, and tell us how you’re like to be paid.
