Southern between East Croydon / Clapham Junction and Watford Junction / Milton Keynes Central

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction from 20:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Sunday, and from 21:00 on Sunday, closing all lines.

No trains will run between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction / Milton Keynes Central between 20:00 on Saturday and 12:00 on Sunday, and again after 21:00 on Sunday.

Customers should use Southern services to / from London Victoria, London Underground services between London Victoria and London Euston, and London Northwestern Railway services between London Euston and Watford Junction / Milton Keynes Central.

As a result, buses will replace trains between Redhill and Tonbridge.

Engineering work is taking place between Haywards Heath and Brighton overnight from Friday evening until Saturday morning, and on Saturday night, closing all lines.

Friday evening / Saturday morning:

The 22:45 (Friday) Bedford to Brighton service will terminate at Haywards Heath at 01:04 (Saturday). A replacement bus will run from Haywards Heath to Brighton.

The 23:45 (Friday) Bedford to Brighton service will terminate at Haywards Heath at 01:04 (Saturday). A replacement bus will run from Haywards Heath to Brighton.

The 04:12 (Saturday) Brighton to Bedford service will start from Haywards Heath at 04:26. A replacement bus will run between Brighton and Haywards Heath.

Saturday evening / Sunday morning:

The 22:45 (Saturday) Bedford to Brighton service will terminate at Haywards Heath at 01:04 (Sunday). A replacement bus will run from Haywards Heath to Brighton.

The 23:35 (Saturday) Bedford to Brighton service will terminate at Haywards Heath at 01:04 (Sunday). A replacement bus will run from Haywards Heath to Brighton.

The 00:02 (Saturday) London Victoria to Worthing service will not run. Customers should use alternative trains between London and Three Bridges, and a replacement bus between Three Bridges and Worthing.

The 01:08 and 04:42 London Victoria to Brighton services will be replaced by buses between Three Bridges and Brighton.

The 04:33 and 05:47 Brighton to London Victoria services will start from Three Bridges, and replacement buses will run between Brighton and Three Bridges.

    The ticket vending machines are out of order at Amberley station.

  • Balcombe: Ticket Vending Machine problem

    The ticket vending machines are out of order at Balcombe station.

  • Cowden: Ticket Vending Machine problem

    The ticket vending machines are out of order at Cowden station.
    Additional Information:
    Please speak to the Conductor on the train if you need assistance with purchasing a ticket.

  • Gatwick Airport: Escalators out of order

    The escalators will be out of order between Platform 3 & 4 and the concourse from 06:00 on 14/09/2019 until 23:59 on 31/12/2019 at Gatwick Airport station.
    Additional Information:
    The escalators on platform 3&4 are being replaced and are expected to reopen in late December.
    Lifts are available for passengers with luggage, and there will be additional station staff on hand to provide assistance.
    Platforms 3&4 are used by Southern services towards Victoria, as well as Thameslink services towards Bedford and Horsham.

  • Peckham Rye: Toilets out of order

    All toilets are out of order at Peckham Rye station.

  • Streatham Common: Lifts out of order
