Travel connections

Southern run from the coast to the heart of London. 

From the Tower of London to the London Eye and Madame Tussauds, there are lots of fantastic things to see and do in London. And it’s easy to get to them from Southern stations.

Just connect to the capital’s transport network. You can use Rail and Underground combination tickets, Oyster pay as you go or contactless debit or credit cards.

London Underground connections

There are many Southern stations with Tube connections:

  • London Victoria: for Victoria, District and Circle lines
  • London Bridge: for Jubilee and Northern lines
  • Shepherd's Bush: for the Central line
  • Wembley Central: for the Bakerloo line
  • West Brompton: for the District line
  • Balham: for the Northern line
  • Wimbledon: for the District line

Southern services connect with London Trams at Wimbledon, Mitcham Junction, West Croydon, East Croydon, and Beckenham Junction.

London Overground

London Overground connections

Southern services connect with London Overground at West Croydon, Norwood Junction, Sydenham, Crystal Palace, New Cross gate, Queen's Road Peckham and Peckham Rye, and stations between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction.

Buses in London
There are regular buses from all of our London stations to take you wherever you like in the capital.

Buses can be cheaper than the tube and may be free if you have an older person’s or concessionary bus pass.

You can use Travelcards, Oyster and contactless cards on buses in London but you can no longer pay with cash.
