My name is Norah, this is my assistance dog Herbie, and we live in Worthing. We’re always busy with my interests such as working, travelling, and being a councillor!

Herbie helps me with everyday tasks, maintains my independence, and after four years together we are inseparable!

Herbie and I travel a lot, and nearly always use the train, which is our favourite method of transport! What we really appreciate the most is a friendly greeting, being treated as an individual, and having someone to assist us to board and alight with the ramp. It’s very important that I have efficient service so that I arrive at meetings on time – which I do have.

The service at West Worthing is brilliant and they look after me like a star. All I have to do is ring up the day before and book and I have it all laid on for me, and Herbie too. It’s a brilliant service and I can’t praise it enough.
