No evening / morning Southern trains between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 February

Southern between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction, closing some lines.

From approximately 20:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Sunday and again after approximately 20:00 on Sunday, no Southern trains will run between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction.

Ticket acceptance:

London Overground services between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction
Southern services between Clapham Junction and London Victoria
London Northwestern Railway or London Overground services between London Euston and Watford Junction

Paper tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on the following London Underground services between:

Victoria and Euston (Victoria line)
Victoria and Shepherds Bush (Circle and Central line)
Victoria and West Brompton (District line)
Oxford Circus and Harrow & Wealdstone (Bakerloo line)
Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction (Mildmay line)
Euston and Watford Junction (Lioness line)

Engineering work is taking place at Southampton Central, closing various lines.

CrossCountry:

Buses will replace trains between Eastleigh and Bournemouth via Southampton Airport Parkway.

Great Western Railway:

Trains will be diverted to run via Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh, calling additionally at both stations. Trains will not call at Southampton Central.

Replacement buses will run between Eastleigh and Southampton Central.

South Western Railway:

Buses will replace trains between:

Eastleigh and Southampton Central / New Milton / Bournemouth
Southampton Central and Fareham
Southampton Central and Romsey
Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier

Trains between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour will be amended to run via Eastleigh.

No trains will run between Southampton Central and Portsmouth & Southsea / Portsmouth Harbour.

Trains between London Waterloo and Eastleigh will run to an amended timetable.

Southern:

Replacement buses will run between Havant and Southampton Central.

Trains that usually run between Brighton and Southampton Central will be amended to run between Brighton and Portsmouth & Southsea, and additionally call at Fratton.

Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Redhill and Gatwick Airport / Three Bridges / Brighton on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 February

Routes affected:
Southern between London Victoria and Brighton, and between Brighton and Lewes / Seaford / Eastbourne / OreThameslink between Bedford / Finsbury Park / London Bridge and Brighton

Engineering work is taking place between Haywards Heath and Brighton, closing all lines.

Southern:

From 23:45 on Saturday until 07:00 on Sunday, trains that usually run between London Victoria and Brighton will be diverted to run between London Victoria and Redhill only.

Replacement buses will run between Redhill and Gatwick Airport / Three Bridges.

An amended train service will run between Gatwick Airport and Brighton.

Additionally, before 07:15 on Sunday, trains between Preston Park and Brighton will be diverted to run via Hove, extending journey times.

Thameslink:

From approximately 00:35 until approximately 08:15 on Sunday morning, no trains will run between Redhill and Brighton.

Additionally, from the start of Sunday service until approximately 06:50, a limited train service will run between Gatwick Airport and Haywards Heath.

Rail replacement buses (run by Southern) will run between Redhill and Gatwick Airport / Three Bridges, connecting with Southern services between Redhill and London. A few early morning buses will also run between Haywards Heath and Brighton. You can use these services at no extra cost.

The ticket office will be closed from now until the end of the day.
The ticket vending machines are not accepting notes.

The lifts will be out of order from now until further notice at Hassocks station.

This affects step free interchange between platforms. Please speak to station staff for further assistance
Queens Rd Peckham: Lifts out of order

The lifts will be out of order from now until further notice at Queens Rd Peckham station.

This affects London Overground & Southern services to all destinations. Please speak to station staff for further assistance
Riddlesdown: Ticket Office Closure

At Riddlesdown station, the following issues have been reported:
The ticket office will be closed from now until 06:00 on 23/02/2026.
Ticket Vending Machines are working correctly.
Wandsworth Common: Staffing

Wandsworth Common station will be unstaffed from 15:30 on 21/02/2026 until the end of the day.
Watford Junction: Lifts out of order

The lifts will be out of order between platforms 7 & 8 and subway from 14:30 on 02/02/2026 until further notice at Watford Junction station.
Additional Information:
This affects some Avanti West Coast and London North Western Railway services towards London Euston, Tring and Milton Keynes Central. Please speak to station staff for further assistance
