Following on from the Passenger Benefit Fund which made improvements based on passenger's suggestions, we continue to make upgrades at stations.
The improvements made from the fund include everything from new seats, waiting shelters, automatic doors, and information screens to LED lighting, more cycle parking, landscaping and community artwork.

We’re working to make our service as accessible as possible. Our colleagues at Network Rail own the stations and are making more stations step-free by installing lifts.
Lifts have recently opened at East Grinstead station (pictured) and work is underway at Streatham station.
