Take your bike on board
If your event is on the weekend, feel free to bring your bike on board. Since weekends are off peak, there are no restrictions on bicycles on board.
For large cycling events, you may want to allow extra time for your journey home. If there are many passengers travelling home with cycles, we may have to implement a queuing system at the stations closest to the finish line.
If your event is on a weekday, you’ll need to follow our regular cycle policy.
Prudential RideLondon - 3 to 4 August 2019
Prudential RideLondon is a world-class festival of cycling taking place in London on closed roads over the above weekend.
Our trains will be very busy, especially on Saturday 3 August. Our usual cycle policy will apply, however cycle space is extremely limited on our trains and we cannot accommodate a large number of bicycles. Non-folding cycles cannot be carried on any train where a cycle may cause an obstruction to other passengers, e.g. where a number of people are standing. Please be prepared to remove your bicycle if a member of staff asks you to do so.
For more information on this event visit the Prudential RideLondon website.
