We’re investing in Gipsy Hill to make your everyday journey feel smoother. You’ll soon start to see upgrades across the station, including:
- Brighter passenger spaces with clearer signage
- A refreshed ticketing area
- A dedicated ‘Plan Your Journey’ zone with an interactive screen
- Upgraded departure screens above the ticket gate
- Cleaner, more comfortable waiting areas on the platforms
Improvements will be delivered in stages over the coming months, and the station will remain easy to navigate throughout the works. Our station staff are also certified Great Journey Makers - they’re trained to Be There, Show You Care, and Make a Difference. Our colleagues will be proactively supporting you through this exciting transition and beyond.
What makes Gipsy Hill a model station
Gipsy Hill is one of the first stations we’re bringing up to Model Station standard. Our vision is focused on creating great journeys by helping all passengers move through stations with less confusion, find information quickly, and enjoy a clearer, more welcoming experience from the moment they arrive - with all improvements shaped by what our passengers tell us matters most.
